Your New Role

As an HVAC Installation Technician in Norwalk, Connecticut, you will:

Install residential HVAC systems, including central air conditioners, heat pumps, oil and gas furnaces, boilers, and geothermal systems
Perform complete system replacements, ductwork modifications, and equipment start-ups
Ensure all installations meet local codes, safety regulations, and manufacturer specifications
Troubleshoot installation challenges and ensure optimal system performance
Maintain organized, clean, and professional job sites
Deliver outstanding customer service and clearly communicate system operation to homeowners
Work independently or as part of an installation team to complete projects efficiently

3+ years of experience installing residential HVAC systems
Valid EPA certification (preferred)
Valid driver's license
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
