We are seeking a motivated Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems across various settings. Your mechanical expertise and field service experience will ensure our clients receive reliable climate control solutions while supporting property maintenance needs.

Install, service, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential, commercial, and agricultural properties
Read schematics, blueprints, and HVAC design plans to accurately execute projects
Diagnose system issues using tools such as ohmmeters and refrigeration gauges; perform equipment repair as needed
Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC units, boilers, refrigeration systems, and appliances to ensure optimal operation
Perform plumbing work related to HVAC systems including refrigerant lines and water connections
Utilize skills for ductwork fabrication or repairs when necessary
Maintain detailed service records, reports, and logs of all work performed

Proven experience as a service technician in HVAC or related mechanical fields
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration (including ammonia refrigeration), plumbing, and boiler operation
Ability to read schematics and HVAC design plans with confidence
Mechanical knowledge of equipment repair and maintenance procedures
Field service experience with property maintenance or appliance repair is highly desirable
Familiarity with tools such as ohmmeters and equipment
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating drivers preferred
Construction background or mechanic experience is a plus
Ability to work independently in the field while adhering to safety standards
