We are seeking an experienced Concrete Finisher to join our growing Special Services Division (SSD) based in Beaver Dam, WI. This team specializes in remodels, renovations, and expansions across a wide range of industries, including food/dairy, healthcare, education, and light industrial. Most work is performed within a 1–1.5-hour radius of Beaver Dam, with occasional overnight travel.

Key Responsibilities

Perform concrete flatwork, walls, and footings
Read and interpret structural foundation blueprints and site plans
Understand grade maps, pitch, slope, and commercial concrete requirements
Work with concrete mix designs
Finish, broom, and trowel concrete to required specifications
Set concrete forms and footings
Operate skid loaders and attachments

Qualifications

High school diploma required
FA/CPR certifications preferred
3–5 years of experience in concrete flatwork, walls, and footings
Experience operating skid loaders is a plus
Procore certifications are beneficial
Ability to complete daily reports and safety inspections
Strong blueprint-reading skills (structural/foundation plans)
