Job Overview
We are urgently seeking a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our construction team and drive the success of our infrastructure projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your mechanical skills and heavy equipment operation experience while working in a fast-paced, energetic setting.

Responsibilities

Conduct routine inspections of equipment such as cranes, excavators, loaders, dozers, and water trucks to ensure optimal performance
Coordinate with site supervisors and team members to plan daily operations and execute tasks efficiently
Maintain detailed logs of equipment usage, maintenance needs, and project progress for accountability and safety compliance
Assist with setup and dismantling of pile driving systems, including securing machinery and ensuring proper alignment
Follow all safety protocols and procedures diligently to prevent accidents or injuries on site
Support other heavy equipment operations such as backhoe, front loader truck, dump truck, roll-off truck, tanker, and farm machinery as needed

Requirements

MUST be NCCER certified.
NCCCO certified is preferred but not required.
Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment including pile drivers, cranes, excavators, dozers, loaders, backhoes, and other heavy equipment.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic machinery issues quickly
Construction site experience demonstrating familiarity with safety standards and operational procedures
Knowledge of concrete mixers and other construction materials handling equipment is a plus
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining focus on safety and quality
Excellent communication skills for coordinating effectively with team members and site supervisors
