Pay: $28.00 - $35.00/hour (Based on experience)
Hours: 7:15am - 3:45pm Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Generate toolpaths for multi-axis machining (3, 4, and 5 axis)
- Post-process programs for different CNC machines
- Work closely with engineers, machinists, and setup technicians to support production
- Troubleshoot program errors and machine issues
- Validate toolpaths through simulation before production
- Create setup sheets and tool lists for machining operations
- Maintain revision control of CNC programs
- Document machining processes and maintain machining standards
- Support continuous improvement in programming and machining efficiency
Required Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of CNC machining processes
- Expert-level experience with CAM programming (Mastercam preferred)
- Strong understanding of G-Code and M-Code
- Knowledge of multi-axis machining
- Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings (engineers will assist as needed)
- Deep understanding of cutting tools, tooling strategies, and materials
Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
