In this pivotal role, you'll drive every phase of your projects, ensuring budgets, schedules, and collaboration with subcontractors run seamlessly. Responsibilities:

Oversee commercial construction initiatives from the kickoff to final delivery
Craft detailed scopes of work for procurement processes
Lead negotiations with vendors and subcontractors
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and on-site teams
Conduct regular site assessments
Maintain comprehensive project documentation
Strategize resource allocation, budgets, and project timelines
Supervise subcontractor engagement and execution
Monitor development milestones and ensure on-time project delivery
Guarantee compliance with all OSHA safety standards
Administer monthly financial requisitions

Qualifications:

Mandatory:
A minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial construction management
In-depth understanding of building practices, materials, and methodologies
Exceptional organizational and documentation acumen
Current OSHA certification
Competence in Microsoft Office suite
Preferred:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Familiarity with Autodesk Build
Bachelor's in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a comparable discipline
Skilled in contract negotiations
