Job Summary:
We’re hiring a friendly and organized Customer Service Rep to support our HVAC team. You'll handle phone calls, schedule appointments, create invoices, and follow up with customers to ensure great service.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and assist customers
- Schedule service calls and dispatch technicians
- Prepare and send invoices
- Follow up with customers after service
- Keep records up to date and organized
Requirements:
- Good communication and phone skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- HVAC or service industry experience is a plus
- Experience with QuickBooks is preferred but not required
