Job Overview
A leading manufacturing organization in Marlborough, MA is seeking Manufacturing Technician I candidates to support production operations. This is a hands-on role involving assembly, testing, calibration, and troubleshooting of production equipment and electronic subassemblies.
This opportunity is part of a production ramp-up and is expected to run through June 2026. While the majority of roles are expected to remain contract, there may be potential for conversion depending on business needs.
Responsibilities
- Test, calibrate, and repair production machines and related subassemblies
- Perform hands-on assembly and troubleshooting of electronic components
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to ensure proper calibration
- Document testing and calibration results accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure work meets quality and efficiency standards
- Support design, implementation, testing, and maintenance processes
- Follow quality standards and manufacturing procedures
- Perform additional duties as required to support production operations
Qualifications
- A few years of hands-on technician or manufacturing experience required
- Experience with testing and calibration preferred
- Ability to read schematics and blueprints strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
- Ability to meet productivity and quality expectations
