Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee diverse construction projects from inception to completion. In this vital role, you will coordinate all phases of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring alignment with client specifications and company standards.
- Develop comprehensive project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 and Construction management software to track progress and deadlines.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate seamless project workflows.
- Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of design intent.
- Manage project budgets by performing detailed construction estimating and cost control measures using HeavyBid or similar software.
- Oversee construction site activities to ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Utilize tools such as ProCore and Bluebeam for document management, progress tracking, and communication across teams.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, resolve issues promptly, and maintain project timelines.
- Prepare detailed reports on project status, risks, and milestones for stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Ensure effective project coordination by managing schedules, resources, and personnel efficiently throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in project scheduling, site supervision, and contract administration.
- Proficiency in construction management software including Primavera P6, ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and other relevant tools.
- Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Solid understanding of construction estimating processes and contract negotiations.
- Hands-on experience working on construction sites with knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with clients, team members, subcontractors, and vendors.
