What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of up to 20 assembly employees
- Coordinate daily production schedules to meet customer delivery commitments
- Drive productivity, quality, efficiency, and on-time performance
- Train, mentor, and develop production employees and group leaders
- Monitor safety, housekeeping, quality, and production performance
- Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality to resolve production challenges
- Lead Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Utilize ERP/MRP systems to manage production workflow and scheduling
- Support tooling, equipment maintenance, and manufacturing documentation
- Conduct employee performance reviews and support employee development
We're Looking For
- 5+ years of manufacturing leadership or production supervision experience
- Experience leading assembly or production teams in a manufacturing environment
- ERP or MRP manufacturing system experience
- Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to improve productivity while maintaining quality and safety
- Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or continuous improvement experience is a plus
- Experience with IPC standards (IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, or IPC/WHMA-A-620) is preferred
- Experience using precision measuring equipment including calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- High School Diploma required; some college preferred
