Wage and Benefits Package
- Hourly Rate: $30–$50 (based on experience)
- Company Vehicle
- Paid Sick and Vacation Time: Up to 4 weeks based on length of service
- Paid Holidays: 7 annually

Responsibilities
- Perform service, repair, and maintenance on a variety of residential HVAC systems.
- Deliver excellent customer service and clearly communicate with clients.
- Follow all Massachusetts sheet metal, plumbing, building, and gas codes.
- Complete work according to manufacturer’s specifications and best practices.
- Document all work performed accurately and professionally.
Requirements
- Valid MA driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Preferred: Current MA Master or Journeyman Sheet Metal License
- Current EPA Certification (required)
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently and with the team
- Team-oriented with strong communication and customer-service skills
