Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Superintendent to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. This role combines hands-on supervision with strategic project management, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards. Responsibilities
- Lead on-site construction activities, coordinating daily operations to ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or other construction management software to track progress and deadlines.
- Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to contractual obligations.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to verify compliance with design specifications.
- Manage project budgets, perform construction estimating, and monitor costs using HeavyBid or similar estimating tools.
- Utilize ProCore, Bluebeam, and other digital platforms for document control, RFIs (Request for Information), submittals, and communication.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards; conduct regular site inspections.
- Coordinate project activities across multiple teams, maintaining clear communication with clients, engineers (), and stakeholders.
- Prepare progress reports, change orders, and contract documentation; facilitate effective project scheduling and resource allocation.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts on-site by resolving issues related to contracts, schematics, or technical challenges promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction site management or as a construction superintendent with a strong background in heavy civil or commercial projects.
- Proficiency in construction management software such as Primavera P6, ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of construction estimating processes and contracts management.
- Expertise in project scheduling techniques combined with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards.
- Strong leadership capabilities with excellent communication skills for effective project coordination.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
