Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Manager / Project Manager to lead and oversee complex construction projects from inception to completion. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate all phases of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise in project management, construction management software, and site supervision will drive successful project outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. Applicant must have own vehicle to pick up spot materials as required from suppliers for same day use

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and specifications.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to facilitate seamless communication and project flow.
Develop detailed project schedules using project scheduling tools; monitor progress regularly to identify and resolve issues proactively.
Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of design intent.
Oversee construction site activities, enforce safety protocols, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, or similar platforms for document control, RFIs, submittals, and reporting. Must have own access to such software if required
Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality standards are met; address any discrepancies promptly.
Facilitate project coordination meetings to align team efforts and update stakeholders on progress.
Ensure timely delivery of projects by managing contracts, change orders, and scope adjustments effectively.

Skills

Extensive experience with construction site management across diverse project types.
Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings. All around knowledge of Plumbing, Electrical, Mechanical, Fire Alarm, & Carpentry is a must
Expertise in construction estimating techniques and contract administration.
Excellent project scheduling skills with a focus on critical path method (CPM) scheduling.
Proven ability in project management and coordination from initial planning through completion.
Solid understanding of construction safety standards and regulatory compliance procedures.
Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in construction management software

Pay: $67,783.86 - $81,632.17 per year
