Works directly in the field on maintenance, repair, as well as projects that directly involve heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration (HVACR) and all other aspects of mechanical equipment. This position will be involved in a variety of markets to include mission critical, data centers, manufacturing, food & beverage, pharmaceutical, retail, and more. With a primary focus in the VA, MD, WV and DC markets (targeted 90 mile radius from home location), this position will also assist with national accounts as needed based on project demand. This position mentors team members and supports long-term planning for the organization’s mechanical portfolio.
Pay Range: $33-$45 Hourly
- Maintain strong communication with internal teams, clients, and external partners.

- Serve as the primary point of contact and escalation path for task/project-related issues.
- Ensure assigned initiatives are delivered on schedule, within budget, and aligned with goals.
- Assist the Mechanical Team Manager/Director with quotations and project planning for assigned accounts.
- Continuously work to improve performance strategies, workflows, and operational practices.
- Maintain required documentation and ensure compliance with internal project management processes.
- Interface with cross-functional teams across the organization.
- Travel as required, including potential international travel.
- Experience working on chillers, cooling towers, CRACs, CRAHs, air handlers, rooftop units, compressors, pumps, etc.
- Moderate to advanced understanding of controls componentry to include relays, contactors, motor starters, control boards, as well as electrical knowledge.
- Strong organization and multitasking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments across different client accounts simultaneously.
- Journeymans or Masters mechanic license for MD or VA.
- Clean driving record as a company vehicle is provided with this position.

- Mechanical certifications such as Industrial Maintenance Technician, HVAC Excellence, CMRP, etc.
