We are actively seeking a HVAC Service Technician who can confidently diagnose, repair, and guide customers through residential HVAC solutions.

What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems including: Gas Furnaces, Air Conditioners, Heat Pumps, Mini-Splits, Oil Systems, and Boilers
- Respond to no-heat and no-cool calls with confidence and accuracy
- Troubleshoot electrical, airflow, refrigerant, and control issues
- Clearly explain findings, repair options, and recommendations to customers
- Identify when repairs versus system replacement are the best solution
- Accurately document work using Service Titan
- Maintain a professional, customer-first attitude on every call
What You Bring
- Several years of hands-on HVAC service experience
- Strong diagnostic ability across multiple system types
- EPA Certification (required)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
- Professional communication skills and pride in workmanship
- A commitment to doing the job right, not just fast
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay: Up to 45.00 per hour, based on experience
