Crane Operator (CDL Required)

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Crane Operator to join our team based out of Fort Worth. This role is primarily responsible for operating and assembling cranes on job sites, while maintaining a strong focus on safety and efficiency.
This is a hands-on position—while crane operation is the primary duty, candidates must be willing to assist with rigging, material handling, and occasional truck driving as needed. We’re looking for someone who is reliable, takes pride in their work, and is willing to contribute wherever needed to get the job done right.
Responsibilities
- Operate and set up cranes safely and efficiently on various job sites
- Perform pre-trip and routine inspections of crane and equipment
- Assist with rigging loads and ensuring proper securement
- Follow lift plans and all safety procedures at all times
- Work alongside crew members to complete lifts and job tasks efficiently
- Occasionally operate CDL trucks to transport equipment when required
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and site personnel
Requirements
- Valid CDL (Class A )
- NCCCO Certification
- Proven experience operating cranes in a construction or commercial setting
- Strong understanding of rigging practices and load handling
- Knowledge of crane safety standards and job site protocols
- Willingness to perform physical labor and assist with non-operating tasks
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
