The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Keyholder with experience in plumbing and/or electrical to support daily store operations, lead by example on the sales floor, and help customers confidently complete their projects.
This is a working leadership role—you’ll open and close the store, support the team, and deliver outstanding service while driving sales in key departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Open and close the store, ensuring smooth daily operations
- Lead the sales floor and support team members throughout the shift
- Assist customers with plumbing and electrical projects, offering expert advice
- Recommend products, upsell solutions, and help complete the full project
- Maintain clean, well-stocked, and organized departments
- Operate POS systems and handle transactions accurately
- Support inventory management, merchandising, and store standards
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in plumbing, electrical, or related trades strongly preferred
- Retail or customer service experience required
- Leadership experience (Keyholder, Supervisor, or similar) preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to build customer relationships
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
