We are seeking a part-time contract residential 02 or 01/02 electrician to take leadership roles in our projects. If you love your craft, and also enjoy training and supervising a small crew as well as creating fantastic relationships with residential customers for 5-star reviews, we would love to offer you the following:

Good compensation, starting at $60/hr - $75/hr based on experience.
Typical average project is 25-30 hours per week, although larger projects can take 40+ hours with some overtime common during busy periods.
You will be a part of a small, inclusive team of experienced entrepreneurs and your ideas will be embraced as we plan company strategy, make critical decisions and adopt best practices.
Flexible scheduling. You will have time to pursue other customers or your other projects. Normally Mondays and weekends off, sometimes Fridays also.

Level of Experience. It doesn’t matter to us if you have experience with battery or solar systems or you’re new to the technology. The most important aspect of our electrical work is making alterations to the main electrical panel, installing equipment, running conduit & wire, and commissioning the equipment. VERY IMPORTANT: You must be amazing at NEC because we constantly have unusual code issues to navigate. The solar and energy storage/battery work is relatively easy to learn. On every project you’ll be supervising the small crew and engaged with the customer, ensuring they are delighted with the system.
