Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with businesses and professionals. The markets we serve include commercial real estate, residential real estate, industrial manufacturing, food manufacturing, medical, transportation and much more
- Educate accounts on the benefits of RGAS Refrigerants
- Follow up with warm leads and convert interest into long-term customers
- Build a recurring revenue stream from your accounts — you earn commission on every repeat order
- Become a product expert and provide outstanding service and support
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in HVAC, refrigeration, or industrial sales
- Comfortable with computer-based sales tools and CRM systems
- Organized, proactive, and coachable with strong communication skills
- Based in the Houston area and available to work full-time in-office (not remote)
- Able to pass a state and federal background check
- Fluent in English and a high school graduate (or equivalent)
