Job Summary
We are seeking a well rounded, skilled Concrete Finisher/Form Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete work, including finishing, forming, and installation. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to operate various tools and equipment safely and efficiently. The Concrete Finisher will work on a variety of projects, ensuring high-quality results that meet industry standards.

Responsibilities

Prepare and finish concrete surfaces to specified standards.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements.
Operate power tools, and hand tools for various tasks.
Install rebar and perform concrete forming as needed.
Conduct heavy lifting and maneuver materials on construction sites.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols.

Requirements

Proven experience in concrete finishing, including hardscape applications.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate heavy equipment safely.
Familiarity with construction and project planning.
Experience in carpentry, masonry.
Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 pounds) regularly throughout the day.
Prior experience on construction sites is essential.
Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on quality workmanship.
