Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring that all aspects align with client specifications, safety standards, and budget parameters. Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation using construction management software such as Primavera P6 or HeavyBid.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, architects, and vendors to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met.
- Oversee daily construction site activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to facilitate accurate project execution.
- Monitor project progress through detailed scheduling, tracking milestones, and adjusting plans as needed for timely delivery.
- Manage procurement processes and subcontractor relationships to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Maintain detailed documentation of project activities, change orders, and compliance records for transparency and accountability.
Skills
- Proven experience with construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, Primavera P6 or HeavyBid.
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics, and contracts.
- Excellent project scheduling and time management skills to keep projects on track.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and site plans accurately.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating teams and liaising with clients and stakeholders.
- Construction site experience with a solid understanding of safety protocols and site logistics.
- Familiarity with construction management principles including project coordination, site supervision, and contract administration.
