What You’ll Be Doing
- Diagnose and troubleshoot residential HVAC systems
- Perform repairs, maintenance, and system replacements
- Clearly explain findings and options to homeowners
- Help customers make informed decisions (no pressure)
- Maintain clean, organized work and accurate service notes
- Represent the company with professionalism and respect
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of residential HVAC experience (single-family homes)
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills (not just parts swapping)
- Excellent communication and people skills
- High attention to detail and accountability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check
- 5+ years residential HVAC experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- English required (additional languages are a plus)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.88 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
