Multi-Family Management Company is seeking experienced Maintenance Technician (HVAC Certified). The Maintenance Technician will report directly to the Office Manager. The ideal candidate will be well organized, able to multi-task, have a professional and positive attitude and be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, to residents, co-workers, and vendors.
Must have reliable transportation, have your own tools, knowledge of appliance repairs, plumbing repairs, HVAC equipment repairs & installations, electrical repairs and know all facets of apartment make-ready. Ideal candidate will be willing to rotate after hours on-call maintenance emergency schedule. The candidate will also be responsible to help maintain the property, 2+ yrs minimum experience.
EPA/HVAC Universal required.
