Key Responsibilities:
➤ Technical Inspection & Assessment:
- Conduct site inspections to evaluate mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, lifts, and utility systems.
- Assess system performance, condition, and compliance with applicable standards.
- Identify defects, maintenance issues, and operational inefficiencies.
- Determine remaining useful life of mechanical installations.
- Document findings with detailed notes and photographic evidence.
➤ Valuation Support & Reporting:
- Provide technical input for valuation and asset condition reports.
- Assist in depreciation analysis of plant and equipment.
- Ensure reports comply with RICS guidelines and local regulatory standards (where applicable).
- Support technical due diligence assignments.
- Contribute to internal quality assurance processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 4–6 years of experience in MEP consultancy, construction, facilities management, or property valuation.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and building services systems.
- Familiarity with UAE building regulations and MEP standards (preferred).
- Experience in cost estimation and technical reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.
- UAE driving license (preferred).
