Overview

Duties
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, furnaces, inverters, mini splits and ventilation equipment.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and HVAC design plans to accurately execute installations and repairs.
- Perform plumbing work related to HVAC systems such as condensate drainage and refrigerant lines.
- Conduct refrigeration repairs involving ammonia refrigeration systems and refrigerant handling procedures.
- Utilize electrical testing tools such as ohmmeters to diagnose electrical components within HVAC equipment.
- Maintain detailed service records, including inspection reports, work orders, and system performance logs.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and local building codes while providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a service technician with a strong background in HVAC system diagnosing and repair.
- Mechanical knowledge of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration)
- Hands-on experience with appliance repair, property maintenance, boiler operation, welding, and equipment repair is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with field service procedures involving air conditioning units, ammonia refrigeration systems, and HVAC design principles.
- Ability to operate diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and other electrical testing devices accurately.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Pay: $20.00 - $33.00 per hour
