Job Summary
Express Employment Professionals of Denton County are seeking a dependable, hardworking individual to join our
Sheet Metal Department. This position is ideal for someone with a background in
construction who is comfortable working with tools, measuring materials accurately, and performing physical labor. The role involves handling sheet metal materials and supporting daily shop or job-site operations.
Key Responsibilities

Measure, handle, and move sheet metal materials accurately

Use power tools and hand tools safely and effectively

Load, unload, and transport metal sheets and materials
-
Assist with fabrication, cutting, or assembly tasks as needed
-
Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times
Physical Requirements
-
Ability to lift, carry, and move metal sheets weighing 25-75 lbs
-
Stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday
Required Qualifications
-
Construction background required
-
Strong experience using power tools and tape measures

Basic math and measurement skills

Reliable attendance and punctuality
-
Must have reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in a sheet metal or metal fabrication environment
