Brideau Energy is looking to add an experienced Senior HVAC Installer to our growing installation department. This is a full-time, permanent position working daytime hours, with overtime opportunities available. We are a local, family-owned company proudly serving Central Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire for over 30 years (est. 1987). Responsibilities

Leading an install crew and maintaining Brideau's standards of excellence and promote a efficient friendly work environment.
Working in tandem with other Senior installers for complex jobs.
Removal, replacement, or new installation of oil tanks, burners, boilers, furnaces, water heater, air conditioning systems, and heat pumps in residential properties
Performing start-ups and system testing to ensure safe and efficient operation
Working closely with customers and internal teams to ensure a smooth installation process
Documenting work completed and materials used through company-provided iPad and software
Maintaining a clean and organized service vehicle, tools, and job site
Providing professional, courteous, and informative customer service
Adhering to all company and safety procedures

Qualifications

Mastery knowledge of installing HVAC systems (oil, propane, and AC). Pay will be commensurate with experience.
Massachusetts Oil Burner Technician License
Candidates without an Oil Burner Technician License must be willing and able to obtain one within a reasonable timeframe (company support available).
Knowledge of residential heating and cooling systems
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
