Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and driven HVAC Supervisor who is ready to take ownership of building and leading a high-performing department. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who thrives in both the field and leadership environments—someone who can install, troubleshoot, and service HVAC systems while also developing processes, mentoring technicians, and growing a dedicated service team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair projects from start to finish
- Diagnose and troubleshoot residential and/or commercial HVAC systems with precision
- Perform hands-on service work as needed to support the team and ensure quality standards
- Build, train, and manage a team of HVAC technicians, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence
- Develop and implement departmental processes, workflows, and best practices
- Establish and grow a service division, including maintenance programs and customer retention strategies
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, company standards, and local codes
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and ongoing training to team members
- Assist with scheduling, job planning, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency
- Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of HVAC experience, including installation, service, and troubleshooting
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and diagnostics
- Ability and willingness to work in the field alongside the team
- Proven ability to build and develop teams and processes from the ground up
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- EPA certification required; additional certifications a plus
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
