As our lead Master Plumber, you will be the technical backbone of our Ohio expansion. Your time will be split between high-level field execution and strategic growth.
- Lead the Charge: Perform expert-level maintenance, repair, and installations for luxury residential and commercial clients.
- Build the Team: Actively participate in the hiring, mentoring, and development of a new in-house plumbing department.
- Ensure Excellence: Maintain strict adherence to local Columbus codes while upholding Bedrock’s reputation for high-end quality.
- Problem Solve: Work independently to navigate complex service needs and emergency calls.
What You Bring to the Table
- The Credentials: You must hold a valid Ohio Master Plumber License (Required).
- The Experience: 5+ years of hands-on plumbing experience across residential and commercial sectors.
- The Vision: You don't just want to fix pipes; you want to build a business. You have the interpersonal skills to lead a crew and represent the brand to high-end clients.
- The Basics: Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and the ability to pass a drug/background check.
- The Extras (Preferred): RPZ certification and a City Competency card.
