Job Overview
We are seeking ONLY EXPERIENCED Plumbers to join our team. Please do not apply if you don’t have at least 2 years of plumbing service experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in plumbing, with experience in both residential and commercial settings. This role requires a hands-on approach to problem-solving and the ability to work effectively on construction sites. The Plumber will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

Duties

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.
Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
Perform routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and ensure proper functioning.
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks.
Collaborate with contractors and other tradespeople on construction sites to ensure project completion.
Handle heavy lifting as required during the installation or repair of plumbing fixtures and systems.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction plumbing or related fields.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively.
Familiarity with blueprint reading is essential for understanding project specifications.
Experience with maintenance person tasks is a plus, as it may complement plumbing duties.
Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed for various installations and repairs.
Valid commercial driving license is preferred but not mandatory.
Previous experience in remodeling projects is advantageous.
Must possess strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
