Schulte Staffing is hiring an experienced Sheet Metal Machine Operator to join a growing manufacturing team. If you have hands-on experience with sheet metal fabrication and CNC equipment, this is a great opportunity with steady hours and overtime.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay:
$23–$25/hr (based on experience) + overtime
What You’ll Do:
- Operate sheet metal fabrication equipment including:
- CNC press brakes
- CNC mills and lathes
- EDM machines
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Set up machines, tooling, and fixtures for production
- Perform quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Troubleshoot and maintain equipment to reduce downtime
- Support continuous improvement and production efficiency
What You Need:
- Sheet metal fabrication experience (REQUIRED)
- Experience with CNC machines, press brakes, or similar equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers)
- Strong attention to detail and quality
