Concrete Finisher / Laborer
Location: Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti, MI (surrounding job sites)
Job Type: Part-Time to Full-Time
Pay: $19–$36/hr (based on experience and dependability) Overtime Available
We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher/ Laborer to join our construction crew working on residential job sites throughout the Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti and surrounding area. This role involves placing, finishing, and repairing concrete surfaces while maintaining high-quality workmanship on every project.
Schedule
- Part-time to full-time availability
- Monday–Friday
- Occasional Saturdays as needed
- Overtime available depending on workload
Responsibilities
- Place, level, and finish concrete surfaces
- Set and align forms for concrete pours
- Perform site prep, grading, and cleanup
- Use hand and power tools (trowels, screeds, floats, rakes, etc.)
- Maintain safe and clean job sites
- Work outdoors
Requirements
- 1+ years of concrete finishing experience preferred
- Experience with flatwork and form setting
- Ability to use standard concrete tools
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Basic hand tools provided
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor daily
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work with crew
- Must follow all safety procedures
