Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete work, preferably 3 years or more including finishing, forming, and ability to run a power trowel. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively on various construction projects. Pay is based upon experience. Attention to detail and quality is very important. Must keep tools organized and clean and treat customers and other employees with respect.

Responsibilities

Prepare and set up concrete forms according to project specifications and blueprints, and finish concrete surfaces using appropriate tools and techniques.
Install rebar and other reinforcement materials as needed for structural integrity.
Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for various tasks.
Perform heavy lifting and physical labor as required on the job site.
Collaborate with other construction team members to complete tasks efficiently and on schedule.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
