Crane Operators needed for a turnaround in Mont Belvieu, TX starting April 30.
Job Length: 8-10 Days
Schedule: 12 hour shifts, 7 days/week
Overtime: 44 hours/week
Duties
- Operate cranes to lift, move, and position materials and equipment
- Perform daily inspections of cranes and rigging equipment
- Work closely with riggers and field crews to coordinate lifts
- Read and follow lift plans, blueprints, and rigging diagrams
- Ensure loads are properly secured and balanced
- Follow all safety procedures (OSHA and company standards)
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and report issues
- Maintain inspection and operation logs
- Participate in safety meetings and job site coordination
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 3–5+ years of crane operating experience (industrial preferred)
- NCCCO certification (or equivalent) required
- Strong knowledge of rigging and lifting procedures
- Ability to read blueprints and lift plans (preferred)
- Strong communication and safety awareness
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit for extended periods and operate controls
- Capable of climbing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs as needed
- Must work in outdoor industrial environments (heat, noise, dust)
- Must be able to wear required PPE
- Must pass drug/alcohol screening
Pay: From $36.00 per hour
