Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Welder/Fabricator/Fitter to join our dynamic manufacturing and construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and fitting metal components with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of diverse projects, ensuring all work meets safety standards, quality requirements, and project specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on varied fabrication tasks, from structural steel to ductwork, class 8 trucks, lawn equipment, farm equipment, power sports, and more utilizing your technical skills and mechanical knowledge to deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret directions
- Perform MIG , TIG , and Arc Welding
- Cut, shape, and assemble sheet metal, pipe components, and ductwork using plasma cutters, press brake machines, power tools, hand tools, and machining equipment.
- Measure materials precisely using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools to ensure proper fitment.
- Operate rigging equipment and forklifts safely for material handling and assembly tasks on construction sites or manufacturing facilities.
- Fabricate components adhering to ASME codes & standards while maintaining strict quality control measures.
- Assist in pipe threading, soldering, assembly of mechanical systems, and installation of fabricated parts on-site or in the workshop.

Requirements
- Proficiency in MIG welding, TIG welding, FCAW welding processes
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, plasma cutting equipment, press brake machines, and machining tools.
- Knowledge of rigging practices, mechanical systems, pipe threading, ductwork fabrication, and assembly procedures.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks.
- Mechanical knowledge including familiarity with schematics and schematics interpretation.
- Valid certification or experience in crane operation and forklift driving preferred but not mandatory. Pay: $25.35 - $35.00 per hour
