Schedule:

Monday through Thursday morning

5 am to 3 pm and Friday for overtime.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

During a normal workday you can expect to:

SUMMARY

Operate and adjust Robotic Weld Cell. Lays out, fits, and welds fabricated parts and components. Performs mig/tig operations to fabricate assemblies using jigs and fixtures by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Include the following, other duties may be assigned.)

Ability to run Robotic Weld cell along with making Adjustments to welds as needed using the teach pendant

Selects equipment and plans layout, assembly, and welding.
Lays out, positions, aligns, and fits components together.
Bolts, clamps using jigs and fixtures to secure parts in position for welding.
Sets up equipment and welds parts, using Mig/tig-welding equipment.
Sets, regulates, and controls power source and wire feed, as well as, maintaining equipment.
Checks and/or sorts parts before and/or after welding and reports any irregularities.
Repairs products by dismantling, straightening, reshaping, and reassembling parts.
