Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman with strong expertise in lighting controls and low-voltage systems to lead commercial electrical projects. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience, advanced technical knowledge, and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and lead crews on commercial electrical job sites
Oversee installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of lighting control systems and low-voltage wiring
Interpret and execute work based on electrical blueprints, schematics, and project specifications
Ensure compliance with local electrical codes, safety regulations, and project standards
Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades
Plan daily work activities, assign tasks, and monitor crew performance
Troubleshoot complex electrical and control system issues efficiently
Maintain job site safety, cleanliness, and organization
Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of commercial electrical experience, with leadership or foreman-level responsibility
Valid Journeyman Electrician License (preferred/required based on region)
Strong experience with:
Lighting control systems (e.g., 0-10V, DALI, occupancy sensors, smart controls)
Low-voltage systems and wiring methods
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications
In-depth knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes
Proven leadership, communication, and team management skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Must have reliable transportation and own tools

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Capable of performing physically demanding tasks on job sites

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
