We are seeking a Residential Project Manager to join our Columbus-based team. This role is ideal for a motivated, organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering an outstanding customer experience from project start to finish.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, ensuring an exceptional customer experience
- Manage multiple residential roofing projects from pre-construction through completion
- Conduct roof inspections and ensure all work meets company and contract standards
- Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, and materials to keep projects on track
- Resolve issues quickly and professionally with customers and crews
- Manage change orders and control labor/material costs
- Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulations
- Maintain accurate, timely project documentation
What We’re Looking For
- Roofing or construction experience is required
- Strong communicator who can build trust with customers, crews, and leadership
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once
- Problem-solver with solid troubleshooting and decision-making skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to perform in a fast-moving environment
- High school diploma or GED required
