Welder / Fabricator – Full Time
Location: Fruitland, Idaho Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

We’re looking for a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our team in Fruitland. This position focuses heavily on aluminum welding, along with a variety of general mechanical and fabrication tasks. Key Responsibilities
- Perform high‑quality steel, stainless & aluminum welding on a variety of components
- Weld and fabricate using steel and other metals as needed
- Assist with mechanical assembly, repairs, and general shop tasks
- Operate standard shop tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect finished work for accuracy, quality, and structural integrity
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications
- Proven experience in welding, including aluminum welding
- Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with shop tools
- Ability to lift, move, and work with materials as required
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
