Established Fort Worth commercial mechanical contractor is hiring on the office side. Strong DFW project pipeline: data centers, healthcare, education, hospitality, and large commercial build-outs. Multiple openings, multiple disciplines, multiple levels.

WHAT WE NEED:

We're hiring experienced commercial MEP project leaders across the office team:

5+ years on commercial mechanical contractor side (no residential, no GC-only, no industrial-only backgrounds)
Experience on commercial projects: data centers, healthcare, schools, offices, hospitality, industrial
Strong understanding of mechanical and plumbing systems coordination across the project lifecycle
Blueprint and shop drawing fluency
For project management candidates: budget and schedule ownership, RFI and submittal management, subcontractor coordination, OAC meeting leadership
For BIM and VDC candidates: Revit and Navisworks fluency, clash detection, model coordination, prefab integration, team leadership of BIM coordinators or modelers
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related preferred (not required if experience is strong)
Authorized to work in the U.S.
On-site in Fort Worth / DFW metro
