Experience in the preventive and corrective maintenance of commercial HVAC, plumbing, electrical and related systems equipment is preferred. Commercial building mechanical maintenance required, HVAC education, EPA Certification, and basic computer skills preferred. The job opening is with a Government Contractor - Rosemark. The position will be at Army Reservice Centers in Houston, TX and surrounding cities. Five days per week, Monday thru Friday, 8 hours per day. Vehicle/gas card provided.
