Due to continued growth, we are seeking a skilled Licensed Electrician to join our team.
Position Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Licensed Electrician with 2–5 years of residential experience. The ideal candidate takes pride in their craft, works efficiently and safely, and communicates professionally with both team members and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential electrical systems, including wiring, panels, outlets, and fixtures
- Interpret blueprints and electrical schematics
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues accurately and efficiently
- Ensure all work complies with NEC and local electrical codes
- Maintain a strong commitment to safety standards and best practices
- Provide professional, customer-focused service to clients
- Collaborate with team members and support/mentor apprentices as needed
Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts Electrician’s License
- 2–5 years of residential electrical experience
- Strong knowledge of NEC and local code requirements
- Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $35–$45 per hour, based on experience
- Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
- Paid Time Off: 8 holidays, 5 sick days, and 1 week PTO after 90 days
- Annual performance review with bonus potential
Preferred Qualifications
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification
- Experience with smart home technology or energy-efficient systems
- Experience with access control, security camera (CCTV), and fire alarm systems
- Prior experience mentoring junior electricians
