Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and organized Builder Field Representative to act as the liaison between Discount Fence USA and the on-site project managers for new construction communities and home builders. The successful candidate will manage relationships, discuss project scopes, and oversee timelines and expectations. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and interpersonal skills to ensure seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with project managers and superintendents across multiple new construction sites.
- Field Visits: Meet with superintendents to discuss project scope, timelines, and expectations.
- Measurements and Documentation: Accurately measure areas for fences, decks, or handrails and submit detailed drawings and project descriptions on behalf of clients.
- Project Coordination: Ensure that all project requirements are communicated clearly and that timelines are adhered to.
Qualifications:
Must Be:
- Well Organized: Capable of managing multiple projects and schedules efficiently.
- Self-Managed: Able to work independently and take initiative.
- Good Time Management: Skilled in prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Flexible with Hours: Willing to work odd hours, including weekends as needed.
- Comfortable with Travel: Prepared to drive up to 100 miles in a day.
Must Have:
- Ability to Work Outdoors: Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
- Basic Computer and Technical Skills: Proficient in using computer software and tools for project documentation and communication.
