Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented traffic control Project Manager to lead and oversee projects for specific clients, and manage our barrel team. This role is vital in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will possess , extensive traffic control or construction site experience, and proficiency with industry-standard management software. AutoCAD is an absolute PLUS.
Duties
- Coordinate all phases of traffic control projects, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Develop and manage project schedules using FieldFLO.
- Read and interpret civil plans, and contracts to accurately execute project plans.
- Oversee field setups, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, customer communication and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, resolve issues promptly, and maintain customer's project momentum.
Skills
- Extensive experience with construction site management and project coordination in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while demonstrating excellent time management skills.
- Familiarity with estimating techniques and heavy bid processes for accurate cost control.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with diverse teams including, clients, and government agencies.
- Solid understanding of construction safety standards and site logistics planning.
Pay: $25.00 per hour
