Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and service residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant, airflow, and mechanical issues
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with customers
- Complete service calls efficiently and professionally
- Maintain accurate service records and paperwork
- Follow all safety procedures and EPA regulations
Qualifications
- 2+ years of HVAC service experience preferred
- EPA Certification required
- Valid Texas driver’s license with clean driving record
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Experience with residential systems, heat pumps, furnaces, and condensers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional appearance and customer service skills

Schedule
- Monday to Friday with rotating weekend work
