Responsibilities:
- Sheet metal fabrication including shearing, notching, punching holes and bending sheet metal
- Responsible for the full production cycle including reading prints, determining sizes, production steps, fabricating the project, performing quality control measurements
- Receive projection job traveler including details and drawings of required sheet metal pieces
- Creating operation steps including calculating dimensions
- Experience reading and interpreting blueprints/drawings/sketches
- Experience with 10’ metal shear, brake press (Amada, Cincinnati) Panel Bender (Cidan, Roper Whitney) CNC Hole Puncher
- Able to read and understand tape measurements, gauges
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sheet metal fabrication
- Experience in a job shop environment and basic manufacturing processed
- Experience reading and interpreting blueprints/drawings/sketches
- Experience with 10’ metal shear, brake press (Amada, Cincinnati) Panel Bender (Cidan, Roper Whitney) CNC Hole Puncher
- Able to read and understand tape measurements, gauges
Hours are:
Monday through Friday – 7am to 3:30pm
The pay is up to $35.00 an hour
