Requirements:

MA Journeyman or Master Plumber license (required)
3+ years residential service (drain experience preferred)
Clean driving record; professional communication; neat workmanship
ServiceTitan familiarity; tankless/HPWH certs; gas fitting; backflow testing; camera/locator/jetter experience
Valid driver's license with clean record
Positive, team-focused attitude with commitment to exceptional customer service
Ability to pass drug screening and background check

Position Summary:

Endless Energy is hiring a Residential Service Plumber to deliver high-quality plumbing solutions across MetroWest and Greater Boston, with a clear path to $130K annually. With top pay of $40–$48/hr, commission on sales, and performance-based spiffs, this role is built for plumbers who want both stability and the opportunity to earn more through skill, service, and hustle.

Core Responsibilities:

Drain cleaning: Clear kitchen/bath/mainlines with cable machines or jetter; locate/open cleanouts; perform camera inspections and line tracing; document findings and maintenance options.
Fix leaks, clogs, PRVs, expansion tanks, noisy pipes.
Install/repair water heaters (tank, tankless, HPWH), recirc, mixing valves, proper venting.
Replace fixtures (toilets, faucets, disposals, shower valves); small repipes.
Water quality: Whole-home filters, softeners, RO/UV.
Pull permits as needed; follow MA code; capture photos/notes in ServiceTitan; present good/better/best Endless Solutions.
Coordinate with HVAC/electrical; follow safety/LOTO; light on-call rotation for urgent backups.
