Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating, cooling, and water heating systems
- Perform thorough system evaluations and provide expert recommendations to homeowners
- Ensure all work meets Pro Comfort Control’s high standards of craftsmanship
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor, upholding our reputation for outstanding customer service
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of residential HVAC service in-field experience_ required_
- EPA certification required
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for heat pumps, furnaces, A/C, boilers (helpful but not required).
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
