Hawk Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced Plumbing Superintendent/Foreman to oversee new construction plumbing projects. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage plumbing crews on new construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Interpret and execute blueprints, plans, and specifications to meet project requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate daily tasks, materials, and manpower to meet project milestones.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with company standards, local codes, and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, general contractors, and team members to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Train and mentor plumbing team members to enhance skills and efficiency.
- Maintain project documentation, including progress reports, timekeeping, and change orders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing system issues during the construction process.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in plumbing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (Superintendent or Foreman).
- Licenses/Certifications: Must hold a valid plumbing license (Journeyman or Master Plumber).
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of plumbing systems and installation practices commercial new construction.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and plumbing codes.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities to manage crews effectively.
- Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift heavy materials and equipment as needed.
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions and construction site environments.
- Other:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- OSHA 10/30 certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in project management software or basic computer skills is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $31.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
