Job Overview
We are growing our Service Team and looking to add an experienced and dedicated HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HVAC/R systems, with the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration units. This role requires mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience as a service technician, ensuring that all HVAC systems operate efficiently and effectively. Great customer service skills and flexibility are going to essential to success in this position as well as a strong ability to work with very little supervision!
Duties
- Maintain and repair HVAC/R systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Diagnose issues using tools such as an Ohmmeter to assess electrical components.
- Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal system performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to heating, cooling, and refrigeration equipment.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all work performed.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding service needs and recommendations.
- Operate company vehicles safely while transporting tools and equipment to job sites.
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to work with various HVAC systems.
- Strong diagnostic skills and repair experience.
- Familiarity with refrigerant handling procedures and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as Ohmmeters and multimeters.
- Ability to weld and perform plumbing tasks related to HVAC installations.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience as a van driver is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Experience with Service Titan is also helpful.

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
